"Does not value you as a customer, in one month was told 3 different prices from 3 different employees, I would definitely look around for an agent that values you, I've been with state farm for 20+ years and was switched to "tim" when my agent passed away , I know a few families that are still with him and will definitely tell them there are better choices available in the valley,"

Unfortunately we do not set rates or prices, those are done at State Farm and yes the price could be different based on different vehicles, drivers and rates. Plus any changes made in the middle of billing cycles will affect the billing for the coming up bill. I am happy to look at your account and review if you give my office a call or email me."

"I've bounced from insurance company to insurance company always looking for the cheapest rates. You know what they say, " you get what you pay for". That is not the case with State Farm and Anna Gonzales. I feel like she genuiley cares what I am going through at the moment I am calling her. She gets me going and on my way. The guilty party who caused the crash was not a State Farm client. Anna walked me through what was going to take place by the other party. And assured me that she'd be there for me if they didn't follow through. Anna followed up with me three days later to essure I didn't have any questions. Thank God the other party took care of everything, just like Anna said. I do got to say. It was a great comfort knowing I had someone who cares and with so much experience like Anna. Just wanted to say thanks and Merry Christmas!"

"I'd never imagine it would be easy to get auto-insurance until I stopped by Tim Surber's StateFarm office. This review will break down key points and categories, ranking each one and giving a final score based on the rankings of the categories. [1]Duration/Efficiency Rank: 5/5 On my first visit, I worked with Tammy, one of Tim's senior team members. It took about 35 mins after sitting down for her to give me 6 different quotes. That is right, I asked questions in between and requested different quotes with different caveats and Tammy was kind enough, as well as efficient, and created (+printed) 6 different quotes for me to walk out with to review later in my personal time. Please note, I was asking Tammy questions in between her getting each quotes and she never faltered to adjust her calculations to get my quotes. On my second visit (next day), after I had reviewed the 6 different quotes, I worked directly with Tim Surber, and it took about 30 mins for me to get my auto-insurance locked down, paid for and confirmed with temporary ID cards. I also inquired details about the quotes to confirm my understand of what was in front of me. Tim was also kind and patient enough to explain it all while keeping progress on our new insurance policies. Overall, You'll spend less then an hour working with Tim Surber's office if you're looking to get auto-insurance. Time is Money, and Tim and company makes sure you're in and out in a timely manner. [2] Team Members Rank: 5/5 I had the pleasure (as noted in point [1]) to have worked with both Tammy and Tim. Tammy is a very compassionate and patient Team member. She can tell I had a lot of questions and was uneasy. She never inquired more then necessary (to input into the system), and she was displayed a lot of patience answering all my questions, making sure I understood what was being presented to me. Tim Surber is also extremely friendly and approachable. They treat you like you're long time friends, and it makes it feel comfortable for someone to pick the right policy with the proper coverage that each person is comfortable with. [3] Pricing/Competition Rank: 5/5 Holy cow, since signing up with Tim and StateFarm, I am saving a lot more then what I was currently paying prior with another large named competitor. I only needed to search one competitor and I was happy with what Tim's office offered me. The package wasn't the same, Tim's offer a better package, with higher daily reimbursement for rental (as one example). [4] Environment/Office Rank: 4.5/5 The office is next to C&S coffee as well as other shops w/ amenities. This is great, as the place has plentiful parking, easy access, safe/secure (near a bank as well as other open businesses). The only reason to dock 0.5 points off is because someone already raided the candy dish and I was looking for more Haribo gummi bears. hahaha. Overall, the office is welcoming as well as secure. Final Rank: 5/5 As noted from the previous 4 categories: -- Save Time. -- Save Money. -- Feel respected. -- Knowledgeable Team members -- Secure location. Thanks Tim & Team!!!"

"I am not happy i got transferred to this agent when my agent retired i called the office over a month ago and requested a change on my policy and remove car rental for travel off the policy because it was put on when we went on vacation it was suppose to drop off after the 30 days by my old agent and it never did so i called Tim's office to get it removed was told it would be taken off now not only did not get taken off i now see it on one of the other cars i have so now i am paying for it on 2 policies i am to the point of changing agents or looking for new insurance"
